By accessing and using Carib Freight Core's websites, software platform, mobile applications, or related services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Carib Freight Core provides courier and warehouse management software for freight forwarding businesses, including package tracking, shipment management, invoicing, customer portals, and mobile apps. Individual courier partners using our platform may provide their own shipping and delivery services under their brand.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may create an account using your email and password, or optionally sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple where available in our mobile apps and web dashboards. When using third-party sign-in, you authorize us to receive basic profile information from that provider for account creation and authentication only.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the platform only for lawful business and shipping purposes
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• You may not use the platform to ship prohibited or illegal items
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable customs and import regulations

5. Shipping and Delivery

Where Carib Freight Core or a courier partner using our platform provides physical shipping services:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
• All packages are subject to inspection by customs authorities
• Customers are responsible for applicable customs duties and taxes

6. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship any items that are illegal, hazardous, or prohibited by applicable law. This includes but is not limited to weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, and perishable items without proper packaging.

7. Liability Limitations

Carib Freight Core shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability for lost or damaged packages, where we or a partner provide shipping services, is limited to the declared value or actual value of the item, whichever is lower, except where prohibited by law.

8. Payment Terms

Subscription fees, platform fees, and shipping charges are due as specified in your agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend access for unpaid accounts. Prices are subject to change with notice.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including Sign in with Apple and Google OAuth.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
