• Tax Registration Number (TRN) for customs purposes, where applicable
• Package details and shipping preferences

• Sign in with Google OAuth (name, email, profile picture)
• Sign in with Apple (name, email — which may be a private relay address)

We may also automatically collect:

• Device information, IP address, and browser type
• Usage data and analytics (via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics on our websites)
• Cookies and similar technologies

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain our software platform and mobile apps
• Process and deliver packages through courier partners using our platform

• Authenticate your account when you sign in with Google or Apple

Shipping and financial records may be retained for up to 7 years for customs and tax purposes. Deleted accounts may be retained in backups for up to 90 days before permanent removal.

8.1 Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. To delete your account:

• Contact us at privacy@caribfreightcore.com with your account email and a request for deletion
• We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days

What happens when you delete your account:

• Your profile information and account credentials will be permanently deleted
• Any pending shipments or active services must be completed or cancelled before deletion
• Historical shipping records and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law
• If you used Sign in with Apple, we recommend also removing our app from your Apple ID settings
• If you used Sign in with Google, we recommend revoking access through your Google account permissions

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. If you wish to use our services again, you will need to create a new account.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, analyze usage patterns, and improve our services. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
